That said, for centuries, the teachings of Hermeticism have been shrouded in mystery, passed down only to those deemed ready to receive its wisdom. The reason for this secrecy is simple: the Hermetic Principles are powerful—and in the wrong hands, power can be misused. - not only this, but those who held the power were afraid of losing control of the people, if the people found out just how my power they actually have themselves.
I have given it a lot of thought, how to best present this, and decided to keep it freely open to all seekers. It is said, when the student is ready, a teacher will appear.
